Vanessa de Heer

Vanessa has been with Post & Co since 1995 and serves as HR Manager and Management Assistant. In these roles, she is a member of the Management Team. She is responsible for creating and maintaining a professional, engaged, and well-functioning organisation. With a strong focus on both people and the organisation, she oversees all HR processes and fosters a working environment in which employees can develop themselves and perform at their best.
