Fatma Babar

Fatma has been with Post & Co since 2021 as IT Team Leader. In this role, she leads and manages the development team, oversees the delivery and ongoing maintenance of business-critical systems, and translates business requirements into secure, scalable, and effective technical solutions.

She is also responsible for cybersecurity, including security awareness, data protection, access management, and ensuring that systems and processes comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. Fatma holds a master’s degree in Management Information Systems and brings extensive experience in IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms. She actively supports system modernisation and cloud initiatives.
