Beatriz Casademunt Margarit

Since 2024, Beatriz has been working as a claims handler at Post & Co. After obtaining her LL.M. in Maritime and Transport Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, she began her maritime career in 2020 at Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) Netherlands, where she gained extensive experience in legal affairs, logistics, cargo claims and hull claims.

At Post & Co, Beatriz specialises in ocean-going claims. By combining her legal expertise with practical experience in the maritime industry, she advises clients on a wide range of matters, including P&I, Charterers’ Liability, and Freight, Demurrage and Defence (FDD) claims.
