For Transport and Logistics service providers Post & Co has developed comprehensive terms and conditions in respect of the liabilities this industry is facing during the performance of their wide scope of activities such as, but not limited to:

Freight Forwarding (both as agent and as principal)
Road haulage (by means of own vehicles)
Warehousing

customs formalities and fiscal representation
Value Added Logistics

Both legal and contractual liabilites are covered in respect of:

- Physical loss of or damage to cargo
- Physical loss of or damage to third party property
- Illness, bodily injury or death of any third party
- Financial loss incurred by third parties for which the Assured is legally liable

Our liability covers are tailor made, in accordance with the specific services a Transport and Logistics Operator provides to its customers.

Assistance in contract negotiations, claims handling and loss prevention programs are a few of the services we provide to our Insureds and their Insurance brokers.
