The claims servicing is done by an experienced claims team, with their own support staff. Each member of our team is knowledgeable in the diversity of claim situations that are so characteristic of shipping. This varies from the straight forward cargo claims to the most complicated charter disputes. As might be expected there is also a fair share of stowaways or personal injury claims, or wreck removal or pollution problems of whatever nature, involving a variety of environmental intricacies.

The claims servicing is not only limited to our clients that place insurance through our intermediary or as a P & I correspondent, but this service is also available for shipping companies and insurers on a stand alone basis.

Club Correspondent

We are very proud to act as the official Correspondent or Representative to a number of the major Group P&I Clubs and other insurance providers. We happily assist and serve their Members or clients 24 hours a day all year round in case they happen to run into problems or need assistance in our home town Rotterdam or in other parts of the Netherlands when necessary.
